Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Irving, TX 75063 | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $21–22.50/hour
• Monday–Friday, an 8 hour shift between 7:30am–6:00pm
• Work schedule assigned after training
• W2, Temp to Hire
ROLE IMPACT: As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice customers rely on when they need support. Your ability to navigate conversations with confidence—whether in English or Spanish—helps build trust, deliver solutions, and create a positive experience that keeps customers coming back. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide phone, chat, and email support for customer inquiries regarding software, connectivity, and account issues
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues, escalating as necessary
• Complete order entry, customer billing support, and track updates across systems
• Conduct proactive outreach to identify potential issues and drive resolution
• Liaise with offshore teams and internal departments to support complex cases
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years in a bilingual customer service or technical support role
• Good job stability (a minimum of 1 year at all previous roles)
• Must live within a 30 mile radius of Irving, TX 75063
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills, upbeat communication style, and the ability to multitask with ease
