Growing together.** The Clinical Staff Pharmacist will have the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise by evaluating and interpreting medication orders, compounding, and dispensing prescriptions in accordance with legal and professional standards. You will play a critical role in identifying, preventing, and resolving medication-related issues to ensure safe, effective, and individualized patient care. Through the application of evidence-based protocols, you will promote clinically sound and cost-effective drug therapy, contributing to improved patient outcomes and advancing the standard of pharmaceutical care. **Schedule:** This position can work up to 19 hours per week, providing coverage "as needed" with a minimum of 4 hours per month. This position will be required to cover every other weekend from 9 am -1 pm. **About the Facility:** Rockford Center is a 138-bed mental health facility located in Newark, DE, providing easy access to a full complement of inpatient and partial behavioral health programs for children and adolescents, adults, and older adults. Rockford is the only child inpatient behavioral health facility in DE, offers an experienced and tenured senior management team, and serves New Castle County and northern Maryland. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. **About the Pharmacy:** The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-4:00 pm; on Weekends 9:00 am-1:00 pm. You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred) + Active applicable state pharmacist license in good standing + 1+ years of experience as a pharmacist **Preferred Qualification:** + Residency training and hospital experience Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $43.22 to $77.21 per hour based on full-time employment.
