As a SPLASH Customer Service Representative you’ll be responsible for 5 major roles. Welcoming clients. Responding to customer inquiries in person, by phone and by email. Assisting clients with curriculum information. Maintaining client records and promoting the SPLASH product to current and future clients. Most importantly, your work will impact hundreds of children and possibly SAVE A LIFE! You’ll need to be experienced, trustworthy and love interacting with clients of all ages! We are looking for a permanent part-time position. The specific days we need coverage are Mon from 8:15am-1pm and Thurs from 3pm-7:30pm as well as an occasional weekend morning. Perfect for retired workers, grandparents, stay at home moms or college students! As a SPLASH team member, you will receive PAID training, in a WARM and FRIENDLY atmosphere.
