Job Summary
The Director of Finance and HR will oversee the staff, outsourced resources, and processes of all accounting and general HR administration functions. He or she will provide leadership to our internal staff and outsourced resources to help manage our business for greater efficiency and effectiveness..

 

Specific Responsibilities

 

Oversight of staff and outsourced resources, management and best practices for:
  • Accounts Payable processes (managing a dedicated staff member)

  • Accounts Receivable processes (managing a dedicated staff member)

  • Human Resources (managing a dedicated staff member)

  • Credit Card Management

  • General Ledger management and Journal Entries

  • Month end and monthly financial reports

  • Cost accounting function and Monthly closings

  • Treasury/Cash Flow management

  • Insurance administration & management

  • Manage relationships with banks

  • All other duties assigned by COO / CEO


​​​​​​​Qualifications (You may apply even if you don’t meet every qualification)

  • ​​​​​​​5-7 years of Finance experience
  • 3-5 years management experience 

  • Experience in payroll, labor cost management and general compliance laws

  • Proficiency in GSuite preferred

  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the company’s preferred software (ie..Aspire, Inova, Quickbooks Online)
