Position Overview

Are you a highly experienced and bold professional looking for an outstanding opportunity to lead divestitures and capabilities? In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our procurement strategy, ensuring detailed execution of divestitures (and/or acquisitions) and advancing/implementing A&D capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Determine the procurement strategy for divestitures (and/or acquisitions), aligning it with the overall business objectives.
  • Lead and handle the end-to-end procurement process for divestitures (and/or acquisitions), ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead Procurement reverse due diligence of divestitures (and/or diligence for acquisitions).
  • Develop suppliers, contracts, and contractors separation strategy including TSAs.
  • Ensure seamless transition of divested business, execution of TSAs, eliminate stranded costs and successful implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Lead Procurement A&D Supplier and Contracting analytics including transition/integration capabilities and execution, resource modeling and budget recovery.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered, MBA preferred)

Required

  • Solid track record of at least 10 years in procurement, contracting and sourcing, service delivery and business operations.
  • Experience leading complex divestitures, TSA strategy development and exits and strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, TSAs, stranded costs related to divestitures.
  • Extensive direct people management experience.
  • Expertise with SAP ERP Procurement integrations including master data.
  • Strong business knowledge, finance acumen, project & program management, problem solving skills with an ability to lead and prioritize multiple initiatives in a multifaceted environment.
  • Partner effectively and influence at all levels including senior executive leadership and peers within and outside the function and outside J&J.
  • Exceptional contract management, data & analytics abilities, expertise in Global R2P processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, running multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Expertise and experience in using digital tools and automation to drive Procurement operational efficiencies and end-user experience improvements.
  • Experience with FPX or related project management methodology.

Other

  • 5%-15% national and international travel based on deals.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$150,000 - $258,750
