Job Description:

ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support our patient data storage solution and clinical/business operation initiatives.
This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare data, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant Degree: Bachelor's in CS, IT, or related field.
Data Migration Expertise: Proven experience, ideally in healthcare.
ETL & Database Skills: Proficient in ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS), SQL, PowerShell, and various databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Cache' DB).
Healthcare Data Acumen: Familiarity with HL7 and HIPAA.

Interface/ Technical Expertise:

Technical Expertise
Clinical Apps: EHRs (Epic, Cerner), PACS, LIS, RIS, CPOE, portals
Admin & Config: User setup, security, templates, updates
Integration: HL7, FHIR, interoperability
Networking: Basics for app performance

Clinical & Domain Knowledge (preferred ):

Clinical Workflows, Medical Terminology & Patient Safety, and Regulatory Compliance

Soft Skills:

Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting
Communication: Technical & non-technical
Customer Service & Collaboration
Training & Documentation
Project Management Basics
