Job Description

Now hiring Plastic Extrusion Operators in Akron for all shifts. 

1 st shift: 7am – 3pm.

2 nd shift: 3pm – 11pm.

3 rd shift: 11pm – 7am.

Weekly pay ranging between $15 - $18 per hour.

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate extrusion lines according to production schedules and product specifications.
• Monitor extrusion parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed to ensure consistent product quality.
• Inspect extruded parts for correct dimensions, color, and finish; make necessary machine adjustments.
• Load raw materials and monitor feed rates during production.
• Record production data, downtime, and quality checks accurately.
• Assist with die changes, line cleanouts, and general maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area in compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Previous plastic extrusion or injection molding is required.
