Gelato Server / Cashier / Espresso Barista
FIGO Il Gelato Italiano is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic team member to join our shop as a Gelato Server .
Responsibilities:
Serve gelato and desserts to customers following our quality and service standards
Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately
Prepare espresso-based drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for guests
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in food & beverage, gelato shop, café, or similar role preferred
Experience with cash register/POS systems
Basic knowledge of espresso machines (training provided if needed)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
