Junior Designer (Bubly and Starbucks) Location New York, NY (SoHo area) : Overview: At PepsiCo Design, we believe design is more than aesthetics—it's a strategic tool for shaping culture, sparking emotion, and building brand value. We're a multidisciplinary team of thinkers and makers who work across brand, industrial, and experience design to reimagine what's next for some of the world's most iconic brands. We're looking for a Junior Designer with sharp instincts, fresh ideas, and a deep love of visual storytelling to join our team focused on Bubly Sparkling Water and our Starbucks® RTD partnership . What You'll Do You'll work closely with our Design Manager and Director to concept, craft, and bring ideas to life across a range of touchpoints. This includes:
  • Developing and executing brand design work from concept to final delivery
  • Participating in brainstorms, critiques, and work sessions
  • Creating visual identities, packaging, presentations, and social content
  • Sketching, storyboarding, moodboarding, and mock-ups to communicate ideas
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners and external studios
  • Iterating quickly based on feedback and evolving business needs

  • 1 month — 1 year of design experience, preferably in a studio or brand-focused environment
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates concept development, typography, layout, and systems thinking
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Bonus: interest or experience in motion, photography, or 3D
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred but not required

  • The expected compensation range for this role based on a full-time schedule is $62,100 - $107,000
  • Role, degree discipline, degree level, and location are part of the process when determining actual starting salary for positions
  • Compensation for our campus hires is pre-determined and non-negotiable
