As our Lead Unity/Unreal Developer, you will spearhead the development of our core gameplay experience and technical direction.
You’ll build the foundation for every Realm that launches in the ecosystem.
🚀 Your Mission
Lead the development of our gameplay systems, prototypes, level frameworks, and core technical architecture for Realms.
You will:
Build fast, clean, responsive gameplay
Lead engineering for multiplayer interactions
Integrate AI systems into NPCs
Oversee performance and optimization
Support the creation of new worlds and game modes
Mentor junior gameplay engineers
Your work becomes the baseline template for every Realm in the incubator.

Must Have:
4+ years of professional Unity or Unreal development
Strong gameplay engineering background
Deep understanding of physics, movement, and combat mechanics
Experience with multiplayer systems (replication, RPCs, netcode)
Strong debugging and optimization skills
Ability to write clean, modular, scalable code
Experience collaborating with art + design teams
Leadership or mentorship experience
Nice to Have:
Experience with AI behavior systems
Interest in fast-paced indie-style combat
Understanding of stylized visuals and readability
