We are hiring a **Filipino Sales Development Representative (SDR)** who will **lead our sales outreach** and **talk directly with clients**. This role is for someone who is confident, organized, and knows how to turn leads into real business.
You will **help manage the sales department**, talk to potential clients, and make sure sales targets are met.
### **What You Will Do**
* Find and contact new leads using calls, email, and social media
* Talk to clients and explain our services
* Build good relationships with prospects
* Qualify leads and move them to the next sales step
* Set meetings for the sales team
* Keep all lead details updated in the CRM
* Track sales activity and results
* Help guide the sales process and improve results
* Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
### **Who We Are Looking For**
* Filipino
* At least **1 year experience** in sales, lead generation, or SDR work
* Has **experience talking to clients**
* Can **lead and guide sales work**
* Can speak and write English well
* Confident, friendly, and persuasive
* Organized and can work alone
* Can use CRM and online tools
