As a Locum NP/PA, you will be instrumental in delivering critical care services and managing patients with neurological conditions. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and supporting our healthcare partners. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in critical care and neurology settings
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment options
• Participate in case discussions and contribute to multidisciplinary care
• Adhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the relevant state
• Associate-level experience in Critical Care or Neurology
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
• Schedule: 5:30a-5:30p, 7 on/7 off
• High acuity, high volume site

Daily volume: 8-18 patients, ~12 on average

Must be confident and competent with standard procedures

Will work in tandem with another provider

EMR: Cerner

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
