Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator

Full-Time | Long-Term Care Facility
Fulton Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an experienced Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role that directly supports our nursing department and helps maintain the high standard of care we provide to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain accurate staffing schedules
Track attendance, call-outs, lateness, and early departures
Prepare staffing and productivity reports for management
Post monthly schedules and manage schedule changes
Coordinate and approve staff trades
Maintain detailed documentation of attendance activity
Partner with HR to ensure proper follow-through on attendance policies
Provide timely reports to the DON and Facility Administrator regarding staffing needs
Requirements
Prior experience as a Healthcare Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator required
Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility strongly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
