Koy Concrete is seeking a qualified Loader Operator/Laborer.

Job Purpose:
The position will be tasked with assisting the plant Batchman in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a safety-first attitude. This position requires knowledge in adherence with all company standards, policies, and procedures, as well as compliance with all federal and state regulations, including OSHA, TCEQ, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow safety rules, regulations, and procedures set forth by MSHA/OSHA and Koy policies.
• Safely perform pre-shift and post-shift yard inspections along with the Batchman.
• Assist maintenance personnel with plant repairs when needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Cross-train on other positions in the plant in order to serve as a relief to other operators.
• Demonstrates a positive, upbeat attitude and energy level and works as a team player.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Be able to lift up to 75 lbs .
