Description

We're seeking a Principal Solution Architect experienced in Billing. In this key role, you'll design transformative billing solutions for diverse clients, leveraging your deep industry expertise. Lead complex client engagements, mentor junior consultants, and drive innovation in our service offerings. Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
• Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes, systems, and challenges
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to address client needs and achieve desired outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive project success
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure long‑term success and satisfaction
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS Billing/Revenue Consulting or a related field
• Architecture experience in BillingPlatform, Stripe, Nue.io, GoTransverse, Zoura, Salesforce, or Aria. Experience with other SaaS Billing Applications will be considered.
• Proven track record of successfully leading client engagements and delivering results
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
