School Psychologist (Hybrid) - Dover,DE Position Type: Full-Time (In-Person or Hybrid) Start Date: December 8, 2025 Duration: Through the 2025-2026 School Year Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours/week Position Overview The School Psychologist supports students with mental health anddevelopmental needs and assists in qualifying students for additional services.This role provides on-site psychological services to students within thejurisdiction of the state and district. Key Responsibilities + Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs. + Provide counseling and intervention services for students. + Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop support plans. + Maintain compliance with all professional standards and district policies. Minimum Requirements + Current state licensure/certification (out-of-state licensure accepted with pending DE licensure). + Master's degree in psychology (preferred). + Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations (preferred). + Current CPR certification (if applicable). + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable). + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation). + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. + Must be at least 18 years of age. Schedule Options + Full-Time In-Person (Highly Preferred) + Hybrid Option: 3 days in-person for assessments/evaluations, 2 days remote for meetings and reports (remote days are flexible).
