Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a **Senior Lead Analytics Consultant** in Charlotte, NC. **Job Role and Responsibility:** Lead the requirements design and elicitation for small and large data initiatives; Build functional systems design documentation; Document data elements, mapping and metrics for traceability/lineage and use in reports; Document and maintain metadata; Prepare specifications for system changes; Create documentation for training, help resolve questions and recommend changes; Establish partnership with insights and reporting teams, lines of business, technology and allegation management teams; Communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats; Self-direct and lead others to complete multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames; Be a strong influencer and consensus builder with a positive attitude, who motivates self and others; Collaborate across people, processes, and technology/tools within a highly intensive and complex data environment; Be comfortable presenting and tailoring communication approaches based on the audience. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address. **Travel required:** None **Required Qualifications** **:** Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field 7 years of experience with Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or comparable field.
