Set Up Technician - 2 nd shift
Job Summary:
The Set Up Tech is responsible for the set-up of all production jobs in assembly.
Hours:
Regular work schedule will reflect Monday – Friday 3pm – 11:30pm
Pay:
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $18 per hour with a 10% differential for second shift.

Job Duties:
Performs daily set-ups in a timely manner ensuring accuracy.
Troubleshoots and maintains all presses production equipment during assigned shift.
Verifies the correct blueprints, gauges and components are on the line in accordance to the correlating Shop Order Packet.
Completes the first 5 park check to verify production on the line is set up correctly.
Completes all required changeovers on shift and verifies set-up kits are maintained with the correct tooling equipment and job instructions.
Assists the Material Handler as needed to support production.
Remains cross-trained in assembly to provide coverage as needed.
Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion, abiding by company rules and safety regulations.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED.
One year of relatable experience.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Ability to follow and execute detailed processes/directions
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot issues
Basic mathematical and computer skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a culturally diverse workplace
