JOB SUMMARY

• Consistently provide friendly guest service and heartfelt hospitality
• Prepare quality products while maintaining food safety practices
• Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and honesty
• Follow company safety standards and procedures
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Handle guest comments promptly and courteously
• Maintain proper food safety practices and portion control
• Display a can-do attitude and commitment to teamwork
• Follow established restaurant practices and procedures
• Perform primary and secondary responsibilities accurately

QUALIFICATIONS

• Friendly with an engaging, outgoing personality
• Guest-focused with meaningful interaction skills
• Strong communication skills for a fast-paced environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Stand for long periods without sitting
• Walk fast-paced during shifts
• Lift/carry items as needed
