About the Role
Dandy is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter (Contractor) based in Brazil to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Recruiting team, you will play a crucial role in driving our end-to-end hiring processes , enhancing candidate experience , and strengthening relationships with hiring managers . This role is pivotal in expanding our engineering talent footprint in the LATAM market , helping us attract and secure top-tier engineering talent in a rapidly growing company.

What You’ll Do
Partner closely with engineering leadership to build and expand our engineering team in Brazil .
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process , including sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and the offer process.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong and diverse pipeline of top engineering talent through research, social media, referrals, events, and proactive outreach.
Act as a strategic advisor to Dandy’s leadership by providing market insights, compensation guidance, and recruiting metrics to optimize our hiring process.
Deliver data-driven insights to leadership, continuously refining and improving our recruiting strategies and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience , with a focus on full-stack engineering roles.
Proven track record of successfully hiring engineers at all levels , from entry-level to principal engineers .
Experience hiring in Brazil and the broader LATAM market .
Strong ability to engage, attract, and network with high-caliber engineering talent across multiple business functions.
Excellent communication skills in English , with the ability to advise and influence executives on hiring best practices.
Experience leveraging recruiting metrics to optimize processes and drive data-informed hiring decisions.
