**Position Summary...** The Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - leads the development and execution of compliance strategies within their area of responsibility. This role ensures adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies by monitoring regulatory changes, conducting impact assessments, and managing risk mitigation efforts. The position involves collaborating with leadership to communicate findings, develop business plans, and promote ethical standards. This team ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards by monitoring laws, assessing risks, and developing strategic responses. They collaborate across functions to identify and assist in mitigation planning and implement effective standards and guidelines for the responsible use of AI.
