**Position Summary...** The Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - leads the development and execution of compliance strategies within their area of responsibility. This role ensures adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies by monitoring regulatory changes, conducting impact assessments, and managing risk mitigation efforts. The position involves collaborating with leadership to communicate findings, develop business plans, and promote ethical standards. Additionally, the role provides guidance and mentorship to associates, fosters a culture of integrity, and supports continuous improvement to uphold Walmart's commitment to compliance and operational excellence. **What you'll do...** **The selected hire will work from our beautiful new home office in Bentonville, AR.** ** The AI Compliance team at Walmart leads the ethical and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), driving transformation in retail for customers and associates. This team ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards by monitoring laws, assessing risks, and developing strategic responses. They collaborate across functions to identify and assist in mitigation planning and implement effective standards and guidelines for the responsible use of AI.
