About The Maze:
The Maze is New York City’s first sober social club — a members-only space built for connection, creativity, and conscious indulgence. We’re redefining nightlife with a sophisticated, alcohol-free beverage program and a focus on design, wellness, and hospitality.

Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Zero-Proof Mixologist to lead our non-alcoholic beverage experience. This role is perfect for a beverage professional who loves the craft of mixology and wants to push boundaries — creating complex, elegant, and mindful drinks without alcohol.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a seasonal zero-proof cocktail and mocktail menu.

• Provide engaging, knowledgeable, and elevated service to members and guests.

• Maintain high standards of preparation, presentation, and cleanliness.

• Partner with the culinary and management teams to align offerings and events.

• Manage prep, batching, inventory, and bar organization.

• Educate guests and staff about non-alcoholic spirits and mindful drinking culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of bar, mixology, or beverage experience in upscale or creative environments.

• Strong understanding of balance, flavor, and craft techniques.

• Knowledge of zero-proof spirits, adaptogens, and alternative beverage brands a plus.

• Excellent communication, hospitality, and teamwork skills.

• NYC Food Handler’s Certificate preferred.
