About Filta Filta is a leader in eco-friendly fryer management and commercial kitchen services. We partner with restaurants, corporate kitchens, and stadiums to ensure their environments are clean, safe, and efficient. We are currently expanding our night shift steam cleaning crew and are looking for dedicated individuals to help us maintain our high standards of service.

Position Overview Are you a night owl who takes pride in a job well done? We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals for deep-cleaning commercial kitchens during overnight hours. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that involves using specialized steam equipment to degrease and sanitize high-volume kitchens.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep Cleaning: Use professional steam cleaning equipment to sanitize hoods, floors, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen surfaces.
• Equipment Handling: Safely load, unload, and maneuver heavy cleaning equipment (75-100 lbs) using ramps.
• Quality Control: Follow strict safety standards and cleaning procedures to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Professionalism: Maintain a clean appearance and represent the Filta brand with a positive attitude on-site.

Qualifications

• Reliability: You must be punctual and have a proven track record of dependability.
• Physical Stamina: Must be capable of handling heavy equipment and performing manual labor in hot, greasy environments.
• Experience: Previous experience in industrial cleaning, kitchen maintenance, or hood/exhaust systems is a major plus (priority consideration).
• License: Valid drivers license and a clean driving record are required.
• Schedule: Must be available to work the overnight shift (10 PM – 6 AM), 6 days a week.
