Role PurposeThe HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within a diverse workforce in Nigeria. The role ensures compliance with Nigerian labor laws, fosters an inclusive workplace culture, and supports organizational growth by managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning & development.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition : Lead recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent across Nigeria.
Employee Relations : Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to Nigerian labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Performance Management : Implement appraisal systems and support managers in employee development.
Learning & Development : Design training programs that enhance skills and promote diversity awareness.
Compensation & Benefits : Administer payroll, benefits, and reward systems fairly and transparently.
HR Strategy : Align HR initiatives with organizational goals and diversity objectives.
Conflict Resolution : Mediate disputes and foster harmony among employees from varied backgrounds.
Data & Reporting : Maintain HR metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 7 years HR experience, ideally in Nigeria or similar multicultural environments.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
