Our clients are seeking Sub-Teachers in your area!
Substitute Teacher are assigned to classrooms who need assistance to maintain appropriate and equitable participation in school.

CLIENT'S HOURLY RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS
* Starting at $27-$33/hr depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
* Monday-Friday (8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.)

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Follow the lesson plan(s) left by the teacher for whom you are substituting in accordance with districts philosophy, goals and objectives.
* Follow lesson plans provided by the regular Teacher to create a cohesive and consistent learning experience for students
* Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation, minimize distractions and maintain a positive learning environment
* Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of each individual student
* Supervise students in and out of the classroom, including in the halls, on the playground and in the cafeteria
* Provide in-class and at-home assignments based on the available lesson plan

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Bachelor's Degree Required
* PA Substitute Teaching Certification or willing to go through emergency certification/ Building sub permit process
* Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass State Criminal Record Check, State Child Abuse, Department of Education FBI.
